Mr. Butler received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. Mr. Butler received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Mr. Butler also received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Prior to joining Nicklaus & Associates P.A., Mr. Butler worked at an insurance defense firm in Florida focusing on personal injury, premises liability, auto/trucking defense, and general negligence matters.
