randon Perkins is a native Floridian, born and raised in Fort Myers. With nearly 25 years of legal experience, Mr. Perkins has developed a robust trial and appellate practice, routinely serving as lead defense and appellate counsel in negligence actions involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Perkins attended Logan University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and began his legal career as a law clerk at the Florida Supreme Court.
In trial-level litigation, Mr. Perkins leverages his appellate background to identify, frame, and preserve nuanced legal issues from the earliest stages of a case. He also draws on his medical training to evaluate complex damages issues, particularly in matters involving traumatic brain injury, amputation, paralysis, and disfigurement. This combined appellate and medical perspective enables him to strategically position cases for favorable resolution—whether through settlement, summary judgment, or, when necessary, trial and appeal.
