Roger Roche is an Associate Attorney at Nicklaus & Associates P.A., bringing in several years of legal experience with a focus on eDiscovery, litigation, and corporate law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Florida State University.

Prior to joining the firm, he managed a high-volume collections litigation caseload, advising internal stakeholders, and secured favorable outcomes through strategic negotiation and courtroom advocacy. In addition to his collections litigation experience, Mr. Roche has provided counsel to businesses on entity formation, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review. Mr. Roche is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Roche enjoys spending his personal time with his family, friends, and on the golf course.
