Mark A. Stuart is an Associate Attorney at Nicklaus & Associates P.A. in Coral Gables. He graduated from New Mexico State University, in Las Cruces, New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1998.

Mr. Stuart earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Stuart practices civil litigation defense, including trucking defense, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation, casualty injury cases, insurance claims, as well as other forms of civil defense representation. During his career, he has handled aspects of litigation from drafting pleadings, to attending hearings and arbitrations, to drafting appellate answer briefs, including Verabella Falls Condo Assoc v. Sosa., 77 So. 3d 815 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012).

Mr. Stuart is originally a native of Taos, New Mexico. Prior to working as an attorney, he worked as an industrial engineer and manufacturing engineer at a major multibillion dollar automotive supplier in Michigan. In his off time, he stays active volunteering with his sons elementary school, where his wife is the secretary of the PTA. He also volunteers weekly with his sons elementary school chess club. At the outset of the pandemic (in early 2020), when PPE was in short supply, he and his wife manufactured and distributed more than 300 faceshields to hospitals, schools, and community groups in need. Mr. Stuart is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, and the Southern District of Florida Federal Court.
