oseph Feldman is an Associate Attorney at Nicklaus & Associates, P.A. in Coral Gables. Mr. Feldman was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from The George Washington University in 2013, where he studied Sociology and Psychology. In 2016, he graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Before law school, Mr. Feldman worked at the House of Representatives and a personal injury law firm. During Law School, Mr. Feldman was the Managing Editor of The Business Law Review and interned at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s office.

Once admitted to the Florida Bar, he represented the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, he tried many jury trials cases to trials, ranging from burglaries to traffic fatalities, and argued countless procedural and substantive motions. He brings to the firm and it’s clients additional trial experience to add more depth to our legal staff. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts.
