Gabrielly Valenzano is an Associate Attorney at Nicklaus & Associates, P.A. Ms. Valenzano earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2014, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. Ms. Valenzano is also a Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Realtor with the Miami Association of Realtors.

Ms. Valenzano brings several years of legal experience in Civil Litigation, including Commercial/Business litigation, Construction litigation, Real Estate/Landlord-Tenant litigation, Family and Foreclosure, and has represented Immigration clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Since joining Nicklaus & Associates, P.A., she has expanded her practice to Motorcycle/Automobile Accidents, Trucking defense, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases.

Ms. Valenzano is fluent in Spanish and was raised in Miami, Florida, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State and Federal Courts. When she is not in the office litigating on behalf of clients, she is an avid motorcycle and automobile enthusiast who enjoys all motorsports, riding her motorcycle, sports in general and the outdoors.
