Brian L. Harvell
Brian L. Harvell has practiced for 22 years as a trial attorney. Mr. Harvell has focused on the mechanics of trial and appellate work and practiced at all levels, from trial court to the Missouri Supreme Court. He has represented clients in a wide range of complex litigation, including claims for professional malpractice, transportation collisions, premises liability, bodily injury, casualty losses, insurance liability, bad faith, commercial litigation, and eminent domain.
Mr. Harvell was born in Independence, Missouri, and has practiced in all quarters of the state before moving to Miami. Mr. Harvell graduated from William Jewell College, near Kansas City, Missouri, in 1992, earning an interdisciplinary honors degree of Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science. The degree included a year of study at Cambridge University, England. In 1995 Mr. Harvell obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri, at Columbia.
Mr. Harvell is admitted to practice in all Missouri and Florida State Courts.
